招聘acoustic sinior engineer
The successful candidate will manage and/or perform noise/vibration tasks of fans and other computer peripherals in the computer system, individually, or as a project team member. This includes planning, supervising, and conducting field noise/sound measurements, with characterization, assessment and documentation of noise source activity in an sound chamber. Some projects work may be limited to the analysis and assessment of field data; some projects will be performed entirely by the employee.The successful candidate will be responsible for the root cause and analysis of noise data so that there is improvement in the sound quality of the active fans and PC system. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of noise/sound quality study projects including the preparation and monitoring of work scope, schedule, and budget; approval of billing statements with program follow-up. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to mentor and educate junior and staff and OEMs in relevant aspects of acoustical and noise/vibration control engineering.
Others:
- Evaluate appropriate new acoustic technologies and design cost effective, manufacturable products for PC.
- Oversee validation testing, analyze acoustical and mechanical measurements, and coordinate efforts between engineering manufacturing and/or vendors.
- Deep knowledge of the generation, propagation and perception of sound.
- Excellence in analysis and noise reduction in a PC system.
- Experience with audio and acoustics design and measurement techniques.
- Critical listening skills, and ability to conduct analytical study of sound measurement.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in related science or engineering discipline such as noise control, acoustic an/or specific courses in acoustics in psycho-acoustics field. A master degree in the relevant field is preferred.Have a few years of direct and specific experience in environmental noise, including planning, directing, managing and performing the measurement, assessment, computer/ manual modeling, and control of noise. Must be able and willing to travel and work occasional after-hours from your designated home office.

DELL机器噪声有点大，特别是工作站
工作站的工作环境对噪音的要求不是很高吧，所以高一点并不奇怪！DELL对噪音测试是十分完整与全面的，这点是其他品牌电脑所无法比拟的！其对产品噪音要求不仅局限于声压、声功率测试，还包括声质量的测试与分析！
