刚体位移如何解决
大家好,我在做一个大型起重机械,模型做好后,静力分析可以求解。但是整机结构很大,必须考虑重力加速度影响。这时就发现了刚体位移问题the value of UY at node5 is 3.340491532E+11,It is greater than the currentlimit of 1000000.This generally indicates rigid body motion as a resultof an unconstrained model,Verify that your model is properly contrained,在论坛里看了很多,解决方法也很多,但是我还是没能解决。现在附件里是主梁的命令流,左端端面约束没有加上,自己加上就可以了。约束为两端固支也行。用板壳单元93,材料参数为e=2.01e5MP ,,泊松比0.28 ,密度7900kg/m^3.。总之,抓住主要矛盾,分析为什么出现这种情况,又怎么解决。

你这里只给出了模型文件,没有加载部分,没办法给你说明错误。把模型图和加载部分给出,才能有人给你解答。
解决了
密度,加速度的单位没有协调。今天想了一下,解决了 把完整的命令流贴出来,给你加威望 密度和重力加速度不协调,哈哈,我也犯了这个错误。密度设置为2600,重力加速度为9800,这确实会引起问题。
看来引起位移过大的因素的确很多。 朋友,你的刚体位移问题解决了吗?怎么弄? 路过 支持。。。。
