On behalf of the organizing committee of the joint WCCM – APCOM 2016 Congress, I am pleased to welcome you all to this important scientific and technical event. This congress is a forum to communicate and share new ideas and methods that will foster the development across all aspects of computational methods and their applications in mechanics, engineering and applied sciences. Building upon the previous congresses, the joint WCCM – APCOM 2016 Congress will be held in Seoul, Republic of Korea, during 24 – 29 July, 2016.The congress will also give you the opportunity to visit Seoul, one of the most exciting, dynamic and safe cities in the world, and 5th most visited destination in the world.
