投稿说明：
　　1. ICMES 2017 国际学术会议官方语言为英语，只接受英文论文，投稿者务必用英语撰写论文。
　　2. 请根据模板文件 Proceeding Template (论文集)编辑您的文章(Ms word)
　　3. 文章长度出版会议论文集不得少于4页(10≥page≥4)投稿时请同时提交论文MS Word 版本及PDF版本。
　　4. 投稿途径：
　　1). 以附件形式发送到 icmes_icmes@163.com(MS.Word格式).
　　2). 提交到 Easy Chair 投稿系统 (PDF 格式)

　　投稿结束后，我们将根据您的文章主题，提交相关领域的专家审稿。

出版和检索说明：
　　文章将会根据主题推荐到论文集录用，请以通知书为准完成注册.
