　　2nd International Conference on Civil Engineering and Rock Engineering (ICCERE 2017) is dedicated to build a high-level international academic communication forum for international experts and scholars. This conference will be held from November 4 to November 5, 2017, Guangzhou, China, and it will be an annual conference from this year on. Many prestigious experts and scholars from all around the world will take part in to discuss and share the latest new research results on the topics, including Civil Engineering ,Rock Engineering and other relative topics. This conference serves to strengthen the academic exchange and cooperation on the field of Civil Engineering and Rock Engineering.

　　2nd International Conference on Civil Engineering and Rock Engineering (ICCERE 2017) is Co-Organized by Hong Kong Science Technology Research Center and Hong Kong Science Technology Research Center. All the organizing committee members are prestigious experts in their fields from Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and other countries and districts. 二、Publication
　　All papers must be written in English; papers written in other languages will not be accepted. And all submitted paper must be original and not be published before. The submitted paper should be written in strict accordance with the given format and be reviewed by 2-3 reviewers from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, All accepted and registered papers of ICCERE 2017 will be included in the conference proceedings and the conference proceedings will be submitted to ISTP/CPCI(Web of Science) and EI for indexing.
