3用cumsum函数！

cumsum是对列求和，但是我这里所有数据都在同一列
我要求的是比如7月份，那应该是
7月14日        1
7月18日        1
7月26日        2
这三组数据相加啊

你可以按照这个数组的第一列的第一个字符将月份分开存储，然后用cumsum即可！
