United Technologies Research Center (China) Ltd. invites qualified individuals to apply for the following position in the Shanghai office. This position will compensate the chosen candidate at the local Shanghai market wage rate, and benefits will be administered based on local Shanghai benefit practices.

Energy and Mechanical Systems: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Requirements:

· Solid background in dynamic modeling of rotating machinery (gear meshing, rolling element bearings, rotor, etc.) and model-based health monitoring and diagnostics.

· Extensive experience in dynamic measurement, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and prognosis of mechanical systems.

· Familiar with signal processing techniques and algorithms for feature extraction of mechanical faults.

· Ability to provide timely, accurate and detailed reports and presentations.

Preferred Candidates will possess the following:

· Master or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a related area.

· 2-5 years experience in mechanical condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.

· In-depth knowledge of rotating machinery is preferred.

· Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in both China and USA

· Fluent English (both written and spoken) and excellent communication skills

很多招聘写出的要求很高很全，其实除了有些硬指标如学历之外，其它的像经验、掌握的工具等都不是那么严格的，关键要能通过面试时对能力、知识面以及语言能力的考查。

只是看到这个职位,就知道需要专业的知识.毕竟来这的,都是专业技术人员.

希望是这样，但我发在仿真论坛上的招聘，很快就收到了几份简历，这里的却一分也收不到，想不出是什么原因。

为什么一定要研究生呢,我觉得干这行最主要的是工作经验,

从事现场诊断经验的确是非常重要的。我们的单位招聘要求也是工作性质决定的，没办法。我们是研究中心，这里的工程师约2/3是博士，1/3是硕士，没有本科生。我们也基本上不是做现场诊断的。
